We've each built successful businesses alongside our husbands while juggling family life and thriving in demanding full-time roles. That experience showed us something important: most small business owners are brilliant at what they do, but they're often flying blind when it comes to systems, efficiency, and the mindset needed to build something sustainable.

After helping our own partners gain clarity, confidence, and stronger business acumen, we realised this wasn't a one-off. It was something we wanted to bring to more people.
